"What would you do if I died?" Raelyn asked suddenly, setting her book down on her lap and gazing over at her husband, who was laying in bed beside her. He furrowed his brows, saddened by the prospect of ever losing his dearest love.

"I don't really want to think about that..." He muttered softly.

"Would you remarry? I suppose you would have to, as the king and all—"

"I would never remarry." ...

I scream

I beg

And I pray

She walks the tightrope

Gripping onto her fists

Crying

And screaming

Her face fills with

Red hot sobs

And watery eyes

And a frown

My face begins to heat

One wrong move

And she’s gone

I’ve fallen has she?

I will walk this earth

I bargain

And she falls with me...

“I will not walk this Earth without you,” she made to slam her fist against the table, but at her energy level, it only fell with a soft thud. “You know this.” The third round of tears made its way down her rosy cheeks.
